SHAYNA BEZOZO (Creator/Writer/ “Micki Maxwell”)

Shayna Bezozo is a soprano from New Jersey (not that kind) and is proud to present her first play! Educated at the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts, Shayna writes and performs comedy locally in Los Angeles, having completed The Groundlings School program. She is also a classically trained singer, favoring musical theater. Old Hollywood is her greatest interest and passion, and “The Seven Year Bitch” is Shayna’s love letter to that golden period of time!

JONATHAN BERNSTEIN (“Dimitri”)

Jonathan Bernstein is a fan of early nights, late mornings, and stretching the limits of which foods can be considered breakfast. Originally from San Jose (yes, that kind!) he found his way to UCLA to study film. From there, Jonathan dabbled at UCB, the Groundlings, and the LA comedy scene at large. He is happiest when supporting loved ones, writing, and getting his steps in.

JENNA COVARRUBIAS (Director)

Jenna Covarrubias is a Latina writer/director originally from San Antonio, Texas. After studying film at The University of Texas at Austin, she moved to Los Angeles to work on various productions. She now writes, directs, and produces her own films and recently, plays! Jenna loves to explore themes of dark comedy, horror, and the absurd. She currently has her short film, Ron’s Night Out playing in the festival circuit!
